Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of the Puzzly Duo app ("the App", package com.divinersgroup.puzzlyduo), made by Diviners Group Private Limited ("we", "us"). By using the App you agree to them. If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies, and it prevails where the two conflict.
1. Using the App
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, including playing with friends and family on the same device. Please don't copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell the App, or use it in a way that breaks the law.
2. Free play and ads
The App is free to play. It shows ads, including short rewarded ads you can choose to watch for extras such as a rematch for double XP. Ads are provided by Google AdMob and Unity LevelPlay; see our Privacy Policy for how that works.
3. Duo Plus
- Duo Plus is an optional purchase that turns off interstitial and banner ads and adds the extras described in the App. The price, and for a subscription its period and renewal terms, are shown in the store before you buy.
- Payment is handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their terms; refunds follow the store's refund policy. A subscription renews until you cancel it in the store.
- After reinstalling or changing phones, use Settings, Restore purchase while signed in to the same store account.
4. Leaderboards and fair play
Public boards count only wins against the computer. Please don't tamper with the App or its data to change your rank. We may remove scores or players from the leaderboard that we believe were not earned fairly, and names that are offensive.
5. Your progress
Game progress and records are stored on your device. We can't recover them if you uninstall the App or lose your device.
6. Changes and availability
We may update, change or remove games and features, and may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. We try to keep the App running smoothly but can't promise it will always be available or error-free.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The App is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the App. Nothing here limits consumer rights that can't be excluded by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
